Gift deed through a power of attorney

My uncle, aunt, brother and myself owned four pieces of land adjacently. We all executed a Power of Attorney in favour of my uncle registered by the District Sub-Registrar.He has Gifted my & my brother's land to himself before we could revoke the power. Is there any ground to challenge this act and get back our land?

you have to read the clauses of POA. Attorney  has to always act in the interest of the doner of POA. in your case it  apearsr that attorney has not acted as you would have and hence the act of POA  may be challanged in civil  and criminal courts.
