My father had gifted his share in his property to his younger brother under coercion through a registered gift deed.Now this brother is torturing my parents in the jointly owned property by putting up locks between ground floor (where he lives) and first floor(where my parents live).He has also put a sseperate look on the main door to the house.The only access to the fioor is from the main door throgh the ground floor.He wants my father to built a seperate staircase from outside the house to the first floor.My father is asenior citizen and a heart patient and has suffered a stroke about a year back and is also sffering from parkinson.
Can my fother get the gift deed cancelled because of the above mentioned torture and illegal confinement under Senior Citizen Act Delhi as the deed was registered after the act came into action.
Also what police or civil action can my father take to preseve his right of way and peaceful existense
