Gift deed not executed during lifetime- status after death

Sir/Madam,

Will you please guide me about Legal status (Relevant- Rule/Clause/section etc) in the ollowing situation--

If some  jointly owned - immovable Agricultural /Non agricultural land-  property is Gifted by a person by doing Registerd Gift Deed in favor of one of the many co owners ( without the consent -NOC of the remaining other Co owners ) and the matter becomes disputed.

But due to various resaons--( including comlpaint against it with the  concerned  Govt. Authorities- TAKRARI CASE/s ) if the effect of  the Gift Deed is not given in the Govt. Records ( Govt. Authorities declined to give effect of it ) before the Death of that person.

And the person dies .

What is the legal status of that disputed Gift Deed after the Death of that person ?

Will it be considered null & Void  as per Law ?

If yes, then pl. let me know the Rule, Section etc & the High Court/Supreme Court Ruling/s in  such Cases.

Looking forward for the valuable openion !

Sincerely,

 Bhaskar
