Can a Female, inherited property from her father, gift to any one of her kids, or does all the kids have right on the property?

The property inherited by a female is her seperate property and she can prefer one of her children in her lifetime by a gift or after her life through a will.

The property inherited by the woman from her father is treated as her self acquired property, hence it is open to her to enjoy it/gift it in her sweet own way.
