My father purchased land from my uncle who is brother of my mother. We purchased land in 2007 and registered as gift deed. But we have given 4 lakhs to purchase land.
Now the problem is my uncle showed the land that is belongs to others property. Now the propriety owner constructed base on that land. Because the letter which we purchase 163-4 letter and my uncle show land to us is 163-3 letter.
After other person occupies the land remaining land only is available.( 15 widdth and 84 length) now only 3 feet widdth land remaining is available.
Now my uncle is not help and not show the land which we purchased. He told I sold you, but land is available or not I’m also not sure.
Please kindly help me on this problem and how to respond for further process.
