Whether sister in law comes in category of blood relatives or not ? If she comes in blood relative, she can relinquish her share by a registered deed & no stamp duty is leviable. And if she does not come in blood relatives, then a stamp duty is levible. What does resisteration act & well as Indian Stamp Act 1899 says.
