Dear Members,
What is the stamp duty on gift of movable property(Jewellery, shares) in maharashtra. is registration of gift deed for movable property is compulsory.
what stamp duty is levied in case of immovable like flats,land etc.
gift is for close relatives.
pls provide format/templets, if any for that.

Bombay Stamp Act 1958 Article 25 Schedule 1 sl no.34
stamp duty is Rs10/- for every Rs500/-(value of property) among family members
