hi, my name is nikhil got a problem recently that the house where i am leaving now has been gifted to my dad's grand mother in 1980 with the mutual understanding between both sides now we are coming to know that this gift deed has been cancelled in 1995 without any notice to us,, in 1986 my dad's grand mothes deceased, so is that possible to cancel the gift deed without leting us know....and what would be the solution for this can this be reclamed and we are staying in this home since 28 years and recently we have constructed our home as soon as our construction finished those people are asking us to vacent this place or pay money to them according to present land valuation...so what would be the solution for this... kindly suggest us thank you...
