Gift Deed

Dear All,

My father-in-law wants to gift his house to my wife. The property is in Kolkata, WB. Can anyone please let me know whether the gift deed will attract stamp duty and at what rate? Will it have to be registered?

Also, can anyone please give me a format of the gift deed?
