Gift deed excuted by husband to wife and registered few years before. will there by any kind of risk involved even though if it was registered properly?

the Husband has transferred the land to the wife as a gift deed few years back.
will the wife have the complete ownership of the property with out any hidden risks ? is this ( gift deed) as equal & effectiveas the sale deed. ?
