can a private trust make a gift to beneficiary by gifting money/jwellery/movable/immovable property etc.
or is there any restriction for that under indian /bombaby trust act

The trust byelaws are to be seen. If such move has been made by a resolution of the trust member and it is recognised through the bye law of the trust and the trust is a registered body, there is no illegality in it.
