Dear experts
We have a civil suite in the district court regarding the re-partition. We need the property document for the next party in pune. Can we get these through online rti application. If yes can you tell the procedure. i got the 2-3 links online there for paying fees online. is this the way for that. Please help. Or is there another best way.

If you know the details of property registration number, date of registration etc., and where it is registered, you can get a certified copy from the concerned Sub-registrar office.But you need to apply personally.
