While registering marriage, husband and wife have submitted Divorce Deed and registered their second marriage.
Is it possible to get the copy of Divorce Deed from Marriage Register?
What is the procedure?
Can court order the marriage registration authorities to give me divorce deed in case if needed?

court can call any document, during the trial of some matter otherwise not.

certified copy of any document registered at sub-registrar can be obtained through RTI.
one needs to know :
document no.
date of registration.
names of the parties to the agreement.
I have suceeded in obtaining a document this way.
