Get a passport if a case already lodged against me .

A case has lodged against me of 354D new delhi. can i apply for a passport? I belongs to a different place but i live in new delhi? where i can apply and if i apply without any case information will it be an impact ? I got a job in canada and they want me to get a passport

You have to apply to the court who has granted your bail.

There would be some terms in your bail order.

So, you will have to apply for Delete/Modify Terms of Bail...

If that court deny/reject your application for above said purpose.

Move to High COurt.

U will sure get.

aditya you are facing 354D ipc IT is a non bailable offence , you have to give an declaration while applying for passport that you never be convicted in any

Aditya you are facing 354D ipc which is a non bailable offence , while applying for passport you have to give a declaration that had you ever before convicted in any criminal case or any criminal case is pending against you in the court , on this basis it will be difficult to get passport.

I got bail at same day of arrest . so its a bailable.

different lawyer gives different suggestion. what should I do ? I have to appear in the court so i will be there on that date. why can't i get my passport ready

Ok... My advise was only if court has ordered for passport.

But as you wish NEW FRESH Passport ... My advise is not for that...

As seniors has advised you... It is correct.

U cANNOT GET A PASSPORT UNLESS U FINISH THE 354d CASE...BY CONCEALNG IT U WILL COMMIT ANOTHER OFFENCE OF CHEATING..THEREFORE FIRST FINISH UR PRSENT OFFENCE OF 354 d AND THEN APPLY FOR PASSPORT...
