General power of attorney

Hi Experts,

I hava a query on GPA, we have purchased a land 18 years before which was made as a GPA, before we have purchased the land it was exchanged to 5 other GPA hands,currently we are planning to register the site, can you please explain if there is any problem from the previous 5 hands, and how should i have to process for the registration.

Sale or transfer of property by GPA is invalid. The first GPA holder should immediately register a sale deed in favour of a person to whom you wish to sell the property. Plese ensure that the person who has executed the first GPA is alive.
