Gazetted officer

Hi friends i want to know onething that is the Goverment pleader which has been appointed for the High Court by the Ministry of Law and Justice will be a gazetted officer or not.

I want to know will he be termed as gazetted officer as his name appears of the website of the Ministry.

No, the Govt. pleader is an outside professional lawyer appointed by the ministry to take upmatters in specified courts on their behalf and has not been appointed by GOI to serve as an officer in the ministry concerned.
