It is learnt that the Govt. of Tamil Nadu in Feb,2010 had notified the provisions of Buildings & Other Construction Workers Act,1996 thereby making it applicable to the activities carried out in construction sector/projects that are under construction stage. Could anybody please give me the copy of the Notification. I am in great need of the same please.
