Rectification/ speaking to minutes/clarification _ After the pronouncement of the judgment the District Judge or the Lower Appellate Court became functus officio _ There is no regulatory provision under CPC to enable the Lower Appellate Court to accept any such application for rectification/speaking to minutes.
