Full and final settlement - bonus

I joined my company in April 2014 and accordingly got Diwali bonus In Oct 2014 for 06 Months. I am presently on Notice Period and my last day of working will be 06 Oct 2015. Request advice as to number of months of bonus is due. The accounts department is calculating for only six months wef April 15 to Oct 15, which, I feel is wrong. Here, I would also like to mention that my total service in my current company is for 19 months and I feel that the total bonus due should also be for 19 months and not 12 months. Kindly let me know my settlement due and also quote the authority for the same.

An employee is entitled to be paid by his employer a bonus in an accounting year subjected to the condition that he/she has worked for not less than 30 working days of that year.
