Full and final settlement

how long the company can take to process the F and F. I am waiting from 65 days still I didn't get

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the typical timeframe for receiving your Full and Final (FnF) settlement after leaving a company. While clearance can vary, a common policy aims for completion within 30-45 days. The gratuity payment has a 30-day stipulation, and bonuses should be paid within the accounting year. If you're experiencing significant delays, it's advised to contact your employer, and if necessary, consider legal action.

Clearance usually takes time, but it is a policy to clear FnF within 30-45 days after the employee's last working day. For gratuity, the stipulation is 30 days after leaving the company, while the bonus must be paid within the specified accounting year.
