Full and final settlement

Hi, I am working in a company from where I have resigned. As per the policy I have served complete notice of 30days, given complete handover nothing pending from my side. As per the policy the full and final settlement was supposed to come after 45 days but it more than 60 days. I am following up with them on email, phone and what’s app but they don’t even bothered to respond back. Could I file a law suit against them, if so what will be procedure. Thanks & Regards,

Dear concerned,

Yes you may.

But companies, organizations, offices generally do take longer. If you only remain patient for a while, maybe your papers would be processed anytime soon.

Otherwise you may move against them, the cause of action has arisen.

Aditya Grover

You have the option of ; writing to good offices of appointing authority/MD narating all previous interactions with details and seeking relief.
