Can a member of co. op. society file a complaint in Consumer Court for compensation If the co. op. society makes him a party in a on going Malacious or Frivilous Civil Suit against some others ( Not members) to prseurize the member to with draw FIR against the members of managing committee ? The civil suit is dismissed by the court. recently in December 2009 and if so is there any limitation ?
