Friend not returning money

You can send a legal notice by saying that if he not repay to you, he will be face cheating case in the court.All expenses have to bear by him.

Repetition caused by Sql database server error....

@Querist,

1.First make your friends aware of the consequences if he doesn't return you money.

2.If 1 doesn't work,file a case under section 405,406,415,420 of IPC.

3.Also demand for compensation by Civil suit citing the reason that such activity of your friend caused mental trauma and physical harassment.

Why often people comes with incomplete information and expecting a good reply.

Anyway further steps-

1.Talk to your friend directly and record all the conversation between you and him.

2.Preserve this second evidence of text chat.

3.Make aware of consequences to your friend incase of non-refunding of money.
