I have a female friend, who was very close to me. She took money from me several times through my internet banking mode. When i asked her to pay back, she is delaying and i do not think, she will return me my money. She is a banker at bank of baorda. What should i to do claim the money which she had taken? I have also a phone conversation of last year may, where she has confessed of taking money from me and she said she will return it.
