Free legal aid provided to us took 8 months to file our petition, instead of 10 days!!!!!!!!!!!
That too with wrong papers inserted !!!!!!!!!
Which took us further time to rectify the error.
Is it a normal practice or we were the chosen one, and the same could have been done under the influence of the other party????????
Should this be reported ??????

pressure of other party is irrelevant, you may mention the grouse to the District Judge...he will difinitely look into the matter.
ordinarily lawyers take lesser interest in such cases due to poor fee structure.
