fraud by shine learning Gurgaon

This is to inform that I have taken shine learning course.
But unfortunately they are misleading people.
They said me that they are preferred learning partners of Microsoft but they are not.
Below is list of preferred learning partners.

Also it's been 2 weeks of joining course I have not got my credentials al all I am asking now on email but there is no response.
Please help me to get my refund as I am now not comfortable here.
I paid 21742 rupees
