I have cancelled to buy a plot from a builder after paying 75% of the amount.
After a lot of discussions, he agreed to refund the amount in 4 months.
The reasons behind the cancellation are:
1) He has shown 4 survey numbers in the layout of which only 2 seems to be valid ( 1 on his name and 1 on his company name) and 3 are on some others name.
2) The layout was also not approved.
3) He has not applied for LRS.
How can i sue him for the fraud which has done and get my paid money back as he is still not refunding the money even after he approved my cancellation letter.
