I have been cheated by a consultant Step4 Career. They took 1.29 lacs from me for providing job in Reliance. Later i came to know it was a fraud and i contacted company Director. He promised me that within 25 days they will refund all my money for the services that are not been provided by them. But every time i call him he give me some excuse. its been more then 3 months now.
Please advice me what steps can i take to get my money back.
