Framing of charges in 498a

as case moved to framing of charges stage i have some query what is exaxtly is going to happen in this date please help as the complaint is base less and no medical etc only verbal allegations are there

kindly tell me what will happen ?

Magistrate will read the allegations /charges on you and then he will asked you that you admit all these allegations / charges framing on you or you didn't feel guilty and wants trial, you tell him that you didn't admit the charges you want trial, then the magistrate will give you the another date for your evidence .

thank u for your reply if my name is in column 12 then chances of case dissmisial is there or in any case court will beleive on false allegations and begins trial, as i am not arrested because police said in court ki arrest banta nai hai.

please advice
