Framing of charges

Hi All My next 498A date is Jul 21 and judge is going to frame charges against me and my family i want some experience from u guys regarding this. What exactly happen on that day? and wht i have to say in court while framing charges? Thanks Ravindra Sonavane

Court has framing charges against the accused based on final report of police or based on the evidence of wittness given in a compalaint U/s 200 Cr.P.C

Well for me it was just signing a document stating "Not guilty" and hand over to JMFC and JMFC would issue summons to complainant to appear before court in the next date. (Obviously your lawyer has to ask for it)

Note : We didnt file quash/discharge .
