What is the format to send notice for subpoena?

The Hon'ble High Court, Madras has asked the lower court to subpoena the witnesses of the opposite party as the opposite party is not willing to bring witnesses listed by him and we have to cross-examine them

Basically, a subpoena or witness summons is a writ issued by a government agency, most often a court, to compel testimony by a witness or production of evidence under a penalty for failure.
