Format for transfer of share certificate

Hi Everyone,

 

My father expired in dec 11. We have 1 flat which is not underconstruction. No will be made by my father as it was accident.Now i want to sell my flat to 3 rd person and that buyer wants transfer of share ceritificate application stating tranfer of fshare certificae from my father name to my mother name.

 

Please suggest,

I am assuming that your father is the sole owner of the flat. Since no will has been made and assuming it is not an ancestral property, the property would be divided among the legal heirs. Therefore it is important that you provide all the relevant details.

 

I would encourageyou to get some legal advice on this issue from a lawyer.
