Form 'c'

Dear Sir,

A client who is from other state issues me a Purchase order to send material to a company in same state as mine, who does job work of my client. How to issue bill to my client can i issue directly bill by charging 2%cst against form "c" or not.

If your responsibility is to deliver the goods to a Consignee in the same state of your place of business, then there is no inter-state sale. Pl refer explanation 2 to section 3(b) of CST Act, 1956.
