Hello Experts,
Ours is a new colony comming up on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Wanted to know how can we form a housing society or an association. Guess legally grouping as an association has its benefits while representing our colony with the municipality and other government authorities.
What is the process to register our Colony Association / Society.

please approach an advocate or chartered accountant nearer to you, they will provide full details. Recently we registered out apartment association through an advocate under society registration office at Moosapet, Hyderabad.
