there is a case ,
mr "A" has purchase a land of 600sq yard in delhi at 1975 at rohini sector .
2- and he has a all papers of purchasing this land but he purchase a land he forget that he purchase a land .after that he was busy in his work or his business .
3- now mr "A" was died after the death his son and his wife check the all papers of mr."A"IN THIS THE PAPER OF LAND IS ALSO FIND OUT .
4- NOW HIS SON GO TO CHECK THERE PROPERTY IN ROHINI SECTOR THERE WAS MOST OF HOUSE BUILD ON IT MALLS ARE ALSO THERE .
NOW THE QUESTION IS THAT WHAT THE SON CAN DO FOR GET RETURN HIS FATHER PROPERTY OR THE AMOUNT OF THE LAND .
