Forgery

Hi Experts,

One of my colleague left the company 6 months back, But the still the company is issuing/sending some letters to clients using his digital signature. What will be the consequences and which indian penal code act applies for this and what is the punishment for this.

What are all the precautions my colleague should take.

Please Clarify the same.

Your Colleague can file for criminal case against his company for falsely sending his digital signature without his consent and knowledge . This is serious matter . your friend should act promptly and file co,plain against his company.

Adv. Nikhil thanks, but how can my friend prove that, If i provide the evidence i may lost my job, [ more over company knows that we were very close. They obviously suspecion on me only] So how can we go please guide
