My uncle has filed a civil suit against me by presenting a forged will (unregistered) of my grandmother.
I have the passport of my grandmother, registered will of my grandmother & power of attorney (registered) of my grandmother. All these documents show the genuine signature of my grandmother, My grandmother died 3 months ago.
Just one look on above documents - even a layman will say that the will produced by my uncle is 10000% fake & forged.
In such situation - Can I file any criminal case against my uncle for this forged will ? Please give me best procedure to deal with this
