Mr. Roa. (.)     11 March 2024

Forged society’s letter head.

Mr. Verma sold his commercial shop to Mr. Yadav in the year 2017. Mr. Yadav mortgage the shop with XYZ credit society, he forged the letter head of the society and the signatures of the office bearers for submitting NOC in the bank. When the bank officers came for the verification, that time we came to know the story. We immediately wrote the letter the credit society regarding the matter still no response, and today it's 2024 we have total send 4 letters to get the forged noc but still no response from the credit society. Please let me know how can we take action on Mr. Yadav. Amount of loan is Rs. 25,00,000/-.

Get a FIR registered against Yadav, the fraudestor.

If you are from Bank then there was no necessity to wait for this long time to take action.

On being aware of the fraud committed by him, a criminal complaint and FIR besides cancellation of loan was the remedy then.

If you are from society then you can very well take criminal action besides recovery of mortgage loan.
