Forged signature

Respected Lawyers,

'A' filed section 420 case against his daughter regarding a property and expired. When enquired about the complaint, she found that the signature is not her father's rather it was forged. Can she now register a forgery complaint? Also, please give a clarity if the forgery complaint she registers is proved not right, will she be arrested? Since the police say that the complaint from her father was taken in the presence of them. What are  the possible solutions for her?

Thanks in Advance

If somebody else forged her father;s signature they will bE guilty of forgery and sued for forgery. If subsequently it turns out that  in fact it is she as per her father'sknowledge copmmitted forgery, she willbe guity of  forgery u/s420 IPC AND  long ARM OF LAW  WILL TAKE ITS OWN COURSE TO PROSECTE AND PUNISH HER INCLUDING ARRESTING HER.If really she is not guilty of forgery her solution would be to summon handwriting experts AND GIVE HER SIGNATURES FOR COMPARING IT TO  THEIR  OTHE RSIGNATURe relsating to property in question AND COMPARE WITH  HER SAMPLE SIGNATURE AND GIVE A CLEAN CHIT TO HER..If you appreciate this answer please convey my forum thanks  to me.The opposite parties also can do this they can take sample signatures from her and compare them to the signatures  alleged to be foroged by the  daughter  to prove or disporve her forgery.

You have posted that:

"When enquired about the complaint, she found that the signature is not her father's rather it was forged. Can she now register a forgery complaint?"

If she has not forged the signatures, then why should she be penalized!
