A person has transfer red my land my using forged identity and document ,its is done on 16/03/2025, the document ferfare is under procedure ,what immediate action I can take, the case is from maharashtra

If you confirm the act of forgery and impersonation then on the basis of evidence you approach police with a complaint against him for the offences of forgery, impersonation and cheating.

Don't mix up any other topic involving civil issues because the police may refuse to entertain stating it as civil matter.
