We have placed on Foreign Order and Beneficiary mentions that their debts are assigned to activ factoring AG
.and Any payment to any other party will not constitute a valid discharge of the debt.
Our query is that we have no contact with Factor and then should we pay to the Beneficiary directly. Please enlighten vis a vis FEMA and other rules.
