Which fee are you talking about? The procedural fee or the fee that is to be paid to a lawyer while contesting in a tribunal?

Total fees both procedural and lawyer fees.

the costs incurred at tribunal comprises two components-: legal and administrative. the legal cost includes the advocate's fee for filing(one-time) the appeal and for appearing (multiple times), which can run up to Rs. 40,000 at the very least. The administrative expenses can touch Rs 10,000.

These are just an approximate and might vary on case to case basis.
