we have an export company. We exported in May 2018. T&C are payment should be done with in 10 days after receipt of goods on DAP basis. Customer of Sri Lanka received goods well but prolonging the payment still now.
Incase if we want to file any case shall we file a case in India.?....Because our registered office is in India . Our services invoice and everything is issued from our Regd.office address only.
