Foreign ex parte divorce

Dear all, A warm regards to all My cousin having an issue with her husband who is living in Germany. She spoke with him and he is ready for mutual concern divorce.. But presently he don't have a job and he can't come to India. So we planned to go for ex parte divorce. Bcuz she wants to go for higher studies in Canada. Please give your suggestions

Yes she can go with ex-parte divorce,but keep in mind that husband may appeal within specific time(1month) regarding the matter to the court after decree or setting asside.

But keep in mind that she may go for further studies.yes

Not sure who is your lair and what your intentions... MCD takes 6 months...exparte takes more than 1 years... If played by not serving summons property then it's more problematic....
