Forcing me to sign documents under bond

My company is forcing me to sign a document for employment of other company which I am denying.
My bond is about to end like I've served 97% of bond time.
Also bond amount is too huge for me to pay.
They are not paying my salary.
They are not ready to give me relieving letter.
They are mentally harassing me everyday.
Please help me I just this company to relieve me.
Thank you

Quick Summary
An employee is being pressured by their current company to sign documents related to employment with another firm, despite nearing the end of their bond period. They are being denied their salary and a relieving letter, and are experiencing mental harassment. The advice given is to report these grievances to the local labour department commissioner, questioning why they should attend work if not being paid.

When you are not getting salary who has compelled you to attend your job?
