Property sale done on notary of Rs. 12.5 lakhs and after cancellation of deal I have refunded Rs. 5 lakhs with some security cheques. Now after one year delay opposite site visited crime branch and file complaint to arrest me directly.
Can crime arrest directly with proof of Notary agreement ??
