A Trust Deed was made and executed on 02-05-2026 and was handed over to the deed writer for registration. The deed writer collected all the required documents, uploaded them, and obtained an appointment for 03-05-2026. Thereafter, the Trust Deed was registered on 03-05-2026 after being duly signed by all the trustees and two witnesses. The Trust Deed also bears the registration date as 03-05-2026.
The trustees now intend to apply for a PAN card. The query is whether the date of incorporation/formation should be mentioned as 02-05-2026 or 03-05-2026.
