after completing his conviction, convict is free do any lawfull work.

There is a well-laid admission process to all courses, and there is no disqualification for convicts in taking up any education courses.

Every member in Bar Council of India can practice in courts.

There is no bar or restriction for a person convicted for any charges to pursue the LL.B studies or course.

It is his fundamental rights which cannot be be deprived.
