sir Mera ek ladki se bhut dino se 5 years se affair thaa aurr main usse saadi bhii kar liya that jo illegal tha.uska family nhii chahta thanks ki hamlogon ka saadi ho kyun ki main scheduled caste ka thanks aurr ladki general ki jab family wale arrange marriage karane laga to wo boli main nhii krna chahti hoon saadi usse aurr boli saadi aur saath ka photo bhej do aurr main photo uska hone Wala husband ko bhej diya baad me unlogon ka saadi fix ho gaya aurr ladki ke family aurr ladka ne pressurized karke mere upar FIR karwa di it act ke tahat aurr main jail chala Gaya 40 days .sir kyaa main sc st act ke tahat case kr sakta hoon.uska family compromise nhii krna chah raha aurr dhamki de raha.sir main ek engineering ka student hoon sir Mera career par effect aayega ya nhii character par effect padega ki nhii plzz advice kijoye kyaa kare

Pahali baat to ye hai ki aapne koi illegal kaam nahi kiya hai,yadi aap dono adult they to.(Means if you were in adult age before 5years)

Aur rahi baat ye hai ki aapne nahi bataya ki kis sec. k tahat aapko 40days jail me rakha gaya.

Aur ha aap SC/ST act k tahat case kar sakte hai,yadi kisi ne aap se koi samajik vedvaw kiya ho to,jaise chaapal ka mala pahnana,

jati k naam par gali dena,

samaj se bahiskar karna,

ghar/village chorne pe majbur karna etc.

To aap ye pata kare ki aap ki kis section k tahat jail hui thi,to aap maanhani ka case v kar sakte hai.Aur ha aap k life me koi paresani nahi hogi,bas ho sakta hai aapko court k chakkar katne pade,but legally aapko koi paresani nahi hogi.

Aap kya koi IT field me hai?Kya aap kisi technical background se hai...yadi nahi to koi kisi ko aise hi IT act me nahi daal sakta.

To aap 1 baar aapke local lawyers se mulakat kare...aap maanhani dayar kar sakte hai,yadi aapka koi fault na ho to,par please 1 baar gaur se soche ki kahi aapka koi fault to nahi tha....

Photo sharing is not a crime until you send nudity.If it was not NUDE pic and they creat false allegation against you,just go to local lawyer and file case against them.But keep in mind that you don't hide any point before lawyer-otherwise during hearing you may again proved as guilty.

So think before file a suit.If you are confident go ahed! all the best
