Food Court Licence

Dear All

I want to know that how many licence required for Food Court (Restaurant) in Gujarat State.

Dear Mr.Faruk.

To start a food court u need to otain following permissions :-

1. Shop and establishment certificate.

2. License from the local municipalty - from Food Inspectors - to start such a restaurant.

3. NOC from the Health department - (Local Municipalty)

4. License from the (License Department) from the Municipalty within whose jurisdiction you intend to start ur restaurant.

5. NOC from the local Police.
